Communicate effectively in the classroom

Of the 4C’s of 21st Century Skills, Communication forms the base for all the other three C’s, i.e., Creativity, Collaboration, and Cooperation. As teachers, we need to integrate effective communication in the classroom to promote all the other skills in our students.

In this video, we saw that teachers are an important source of compassion and empathy for their students. So, it is important that they can practice effective speaking and writing, pay close attention to student’s non-verbal cues, and actively listen to them.
