
There are different ways in which we communicate. We communicate through spoken and written messages, images, or visuals. Another way of communicating is through our body language, called non-verbal communication.
To communicate effectively, we must practice mastering these different components!

We saw that the two components that are necessary for effective communication are:
(1) Become an Effective Speaker: This requires us to deliver content in a manner that is easy to understand for the receiver(s).
(2) Focus on Body Language: Non-verbal cues may include eye and hand movements, body postures, dressing, or manner of walking. About 50% of communication happens through these cues.
