We have all been taught to succeed in life, to avoid making mistakes and to be perfect. But how do we succeed without knowing what we need to be better at? Failure is the key. It guides us in the right direction and helps build resilience in the process.

The biggest fear of taking a risk is that it might lead to failure. The mindset of society and their attitude towards failures is what stops people from taking risks! As teachers, it is our responsibility to give that space to students to fail and learn from those failures. Let them experiment with different objects and ideas, and give them an environment where it is ‘SAFE TO FAIL’. Only then we can build resilience in them!
